- 2 large eggs
- ½ ripe mango
- 1 cup almond flour
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Purée the mango and mix it with the beaten eggs.
Add the almond flour and stir well until all ingredients are fully combined.
Pour the batter into a baking dish (or loaf pan) and bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
