- 1.3 lbs chicken breast approx. 600 g / 4 standard breasts
- ½ tsp sweet paprika
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 3 large eggs
Instructions
Preheat: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Grind the chicken: Place the chicken breasts into your food processor and pulse a few times to break them down.
Combine: Add the sweet paprika, sea salt, garlic powder, and whole eggs into the food processor. Continue blending until the mixture is completely smooth, uniform, and well combined.
Prep the pan: Line a standard loaf pan (such as a glass Pyrex baking dish) with parchment paper to prevent sticking. Transfer the chicken mixture into the pan, smoothing out the top.
Bake: Lower the oven temperature to 350°F (180°C) and bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until fully cooked through and set in the center.
Cool and slice: Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature, then transfer it to the refrigerator. If you want to slice the deli meat thinly, it is best to slice it completely cold. However, if you prefer to enjoy it warm, it is equally delicious!
