Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados 400g peeled and pitted
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- ½ cup diced tomato 80g
- ¼ cup finely diced red onion 40g
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro optional
- ½ teaspoon sea salt adjust to taste
- ¼ teaspoon chili powder or a few drops of Tabasco for spice
Instructions
Cover tightly with a silicone lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate at 5°C (41°F) for up to 4-6 hours. Consume quickly to avoid browning.
