- 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 2 oz smoked salmon cut into small strips (approx. 50 g)
- 1 fresh chili pepper jalapeño or serrano, thinly sliced
- 4 anchovy fillets
- 4 cherry tomatoes sliced
- 1 tbsp Capers for garnish
