  • Mustard 1 tsp
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup unsweetened plant milk almond, oat, soy, etc.
  • 4 tbsp Homemade barbecue or buffalo sauce no sugar added for that signature Buffalo Wings flavor with cauliflower.

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for your cauliflower Buffalo Wings.
Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets designed for Buffalo Wings style cooking.
