Ingredients
- 1 cup Cucumber
- 2 cup Arugula
- 1/2 Red onion
Sauce Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Skyr (or Greek yogurt)
- 1 tbsp Mustard ensure it's sugar-free.
- 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Whole milk to thin the consistency slightly.
- Salt & Pepper to taste.
Instructions
