Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cucumber
  • 2 cup Arugula
  • 1/2 Red onion

Sauce Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Skyr (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1 tbsp Mustard ensure it's sugar-free.
  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Whole milk to thin the consistency slightly.
